Wellbeing Workshop for Women

Wellbeing Workshop for Women

No Sweat!  Yoga, Breathwork and Mindwork for Menopause.  A Wellbeing Workshop for Women.

We are delighted to welcome Senior Yoga teacher and Om Yoga magazine columnist Claudia Brown for an evening of yoga, relaxation and wellbeing.

Claudia runs yoga workshops for Dr Louise Newson, one of the UK's leading menopause specialists, at the Newson Health Menopause and Wellbeing Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon, and also recently featured on Dr Newson’s podcast.  She recently wrote a 16 page Menopause Special for Om Yoga magazine.

Claudia has a unique, fun and accessible way of enabling people to enjoy yoga and meditation so don’t miss this chance to pick up some tips to manage your menopause symptoms.  This workshop will include a little bit of guided journaling so you can go home with a few ideas on improving your self care, nutrition and general menopausal health and wellbeing.

Yoga, breathwork and mindwork have many health benefits including:
