Originally from Romania, Antonia is now a Birmingham based yoga teacher after spending several years in Italy before moving to the UK. Qualified in India, within the heart of the yogic practices Antonia teaches alignment based Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga classes suitable for all levels. Her mission is to inspire people to be their best self on and off the mat.
Sceptic to begin with, she first stepped onto the mat in 2014 to later find out that Yoga is indeed for everybody (herself included.) From then onwards it was just a matter of time until she decided to share this message with the rest of the world. Nowadays she spreads positive energy through her sessions and hopes to leave everyone a little better that she finds them.
Her classes are soothing, relaxing and suitable for all levels. Antonia adjusts and provides accessibility by using various props in her sessions to ensure the right alignment for the body and emphasises various breathing practices that help alleviate stress and enhance overall wellbeing.
When she’s not on the mat, Antonia combines her love and knowledge for yoga with her marketing skills and is a full-time member as the Marketing Manager for the Myga Family.
Benjamin genuinely believes that love is the greatest thing and discovering how love can be a consistent part of the journey through life is his favourite part of the adventure.
Currently based in Paris after travelling from New York to Barcelona, Benjamin was first introduced to yoga in his late 20s while living in South California. Following his friend’s advice, Benjamin brought union to all of his passions by studying to be a proper instructor of yoga. He initiated his training with a Vinyasa foundation and has since expanded into Pre and Post-Natal Studies, Children, Family and Group Yoga specialisations, yoga after-school programs and summer yoga retreats while also facilitating various yoga teacher trainings throughout Europe.
Benjamin is deeply touched by the genuine sense of community and his classes are an outgrowth of his personal practice. His sequences are continuously evolving, and the focus gradually transitions between balance to strength, flexibility to focus. He encourages the process of rediscovering ourselves and our world while leading classes that are thematic and light-hearted. Cooperative and appreciative. Accessible and expansive.

Harriet Elizabeth is a Birmingham based yoga teacher who guides students into deeper connection with their body, mind and breath. She lives in Birmingham with her husband and their two Siamese cats.
Harriet first stepped onto the mat 9 years ago when she started attending early morning yoga classes on a daily basis at a local hot studio and she instantly felt so much happier and healthier. Soon after she met her teacher from the Contemporary School of Yoga things really shifted for her as she began to see the practice as a way to listen to and learn more about herself – mind, body and soul.
Each of Harriet’s classes is an experience, curated with love and care to empower individuals to listen to their own body, to leave each class feeling stronger and softer, grounded and energised at the same time.
When she is not on the mat, Harriet loves to read books, especially second hand or from the library as she gets pleasure from holding printed works on paper in her hands.

Lee-Ann is a Cape Town (South Africa) based yoga teacher who loves people and really feels blessed and honoured to be able to share the healing gift of yoga with others. She first stepped on the mat when she was 20 years old, soon after she took a hard look on her life and was required to make a few changes in the way she was living. At her first yoga class, as soon as the teacher taught Bakasana (Crow Pose) she was completely hooked and practised regularly for 5 years before doing her 200hr TT. When life challenged her yet again and she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lee-Ann turned to yoga and a healthy lifestyle to keep flare-ups at bay.
She strongly believes that each pose teaches a new level of connection, each new shape is an adventure into her internal world and her practice is one of expansiveness to which she is dedicated.
Lee-Ann’s classes are healing, taught from the heart and provide deep levels of connection. She teaches strength in every pose while emphasising the connection with different parts of the body as well as the world within. Arm balances and hips openers are her superpowers and she is a dedicated student to her teachers.
When she is not on the mat Lee-Ann surfs and LOVES the ocean and she feels more at home near the ocean than anywhere else.
Marie is an inquisitive, joyful soul in the vessel of a young woman who draws inspiration from the extraordinary and the everyday in equal measure, forever trying to recognise they are of the same cloth, and that the threads that bind the two worlds are interwoven through all that we do.
Fascinated by this experience of being human she loves to explore the mind body connection through the physical, the mental and the emotional, exploring movement of prana or energy through the physical in yoga, dance, running, Qi-Gong; through the mental with continued learning, investigating and problem solving and through the emotional both with exchanges with others in the outer world and within the inner world of the self.
Marie loves the stories we tell each other about ourselves, the stories we store in our bodies. Continuing to learn how to befriend mind and body and identify the stories they hold is an ongoing process, a coming home that she invites you to share with her. From her perspective life so far has been a series of learning and unlearning, creating and erasing, forging and surrendering and she is grateful for it all.
As a facilitator Marie strives to create safe spaces for people to connect authentically with themselves and others, trusting their own wisdom and inner teacher. She is interested in/actively trying to create inclusive, fluid and sustainable community led initiatives that empower, enable and encourage those around her.

Finn is a Bristol based yoga teacher who loves to travel and has been lucky enough to have lived in Glasgow, London and Australia. Exploring, learning and self-discovery is her thing and she believes that everything should be done in moderation so although she loves being active and outdoorsy you can often find her indulging a cheeky glass or red or G&T.
She first stepped on the mat several years ago when she was looking to find a fulfilling way to cope with the stressed and strains of everyday life. In 2014 wanting to depend her knowledge and understanding of yoga she decidedd to embark on a six month adventure across Nepal and India. After trekking the Himalayas and breathing in fresh mountain air she undertook her 200hr YTTC under the guidance of Indian Yogis. Ever since she has the opportunity to train with many great teachers from both the Eastern and Western hemispheres and shortly after she competed her Pregnancy Yoga training back in the UK to empower women and support a positive birth experience.
Finnola’s classes are an opportunity to stop and breathe as she creates a sanctuary in which you can take time out to simply be. Full acceptance, awareness and appreciation of the moment. These classes are a wonderful opportunity to nurture and nourish whilst maintaining strength and flexibility during pregnancy.
When she is not on the mat, Finn loves to read, wild swim and grow veggies in the garden.
