Brian is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor living in the West Midlands offering a unique approach to teaching the Wim Hof Method. During his session, Brian will teach the fundamental components of the breathing method in a creative and enjoyable way. You will leave feeling enriched physically and mentally and with a new set of skills, that if used regularly, will help you deal with your daily life challenges in a productive and constructive manner.

Wim Hof method is a combination of meditation, breathing exercises and exposure to cold that can help you regulate your stress levels. The sessions will focus on breathing exercises and will show how you can improve your mental and physical health by taking control of your life simply through deep conscious breathing.
