A special session designed to connect your breath with gentle flowy movements that will open up the body.
Release tension from the body, moving through gentle sequences and practice stillness of the mind as you breathe into areas of discomfort. The class will include a blend of creative sequences with mobility movements combined with steady holds of simple postures and a deep guided meditation at the end of the class.
Props including blocks, bolsters or blankets are often used in this session.
